Curo Partner Program Terms
Last updated: September 3, 2026
These Curo Partner Program Terms (“Partner Terms”) govern participation in the Curo Partner Program operated by Mira Labs LLC (“Curo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application, accepting these Partner Terms, or participating in the program, you agree to these Partner Terms, Curo's Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.
If these Partner Terms conflict with the Terms of Use regarding the Partner Program, these Partner Terms control.
1. Eligibility and Approval
You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter into this agreement, and provide accurate application and payment information.
Submitting an application does not guarantee permanent acceptance. Your referral link and code may begin tracking immediately, but commissions remain held until Curo confirms your placement.
Curo may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect Curo, its customers, or the program.
2. Independent Relationship
You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of Curo.
You may not bind Curo, make commitments on Curo's behalf, collect customer payments, or represent yourself as an official Curo spokesperson. You are responsible for your own expenses, business activities, and taxes.
3. Research-Use-Only Promotion
Curo products must be presented exclusively as research-use products and not as products intended for human or veterinary use.
You may not:
- Make dosing, medical, treatment, therapeutic, personal-use, or results claims.
- Recommend administration, consumption, injection, cycling, or use by people or animals.
- Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about Curo, its testing, pricing, discounts, products, or policies.
- Promote Curo where doing so violates a platform's rules or applicable law.
Approved Curo templates may help you communicate accurately, but you remain responsible for anything you publish.
4. Affiliate Disclosures and Prohibited Conduct
Whenever you share a Curo referral link, code, or endorsement, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission. Acceptable language includes: “I earn a commission from purchases made through this link.” The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand and may not be hidden in fine print or ambiguous language.
You may not engage in:
- Self-referrals or purchases intended to generate your own commission.
- Spam or unlawful unsolicited messaging.
- Cookie stuffing, fake clicks, fraudulent orders, or attribution manipulation.
- Paid advertising using Curo's name or trademarks without written approval.
- Domains, profiles, or advertisements that could be mistaken for official Curo properties.
- Misleading discount claims or unauthorized promotions.
5. Use of Curo's Brand
Curo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use your referral link, referral code, approved templates, and authorized Curo brand materials solely to participate in the program.
You may not alter Curo's logos, create unofficial Curo branding, register confusingly similar names or accounts, or suggest that Curo sponsors or controls your content. This permission ends immediately when your participation ends.
6. Referral Tracking and Attribution
Curo referral links use a signed tracking cookie with a 45-day duration. A customer's first eligible paid referral association determines which partner receives credit for future qualifying orders from that customer.
Tracking may be affected when customers block cookies, change devices, use another referral source, or provide incomplete information. Curo does not guarantee that every visit or order can be tracked. Curo's records control attribution, subject to correction of clear technical or administrative errors.
7. Commission Plans
The compensation program displayed when you submit your application is recorded with your application and shown in your partner hub. A later change to the program offered to new applicants does not change your assigned program.
20% / 10% Program
Partners assigned to this program earn 20% of the eligible merchandise total on a referred customer's first qualifying order and 10% on later qualifying orders from that customer while the partnership remains active.
15% / 10% Program
Partners assigned to this program earn 15% of the eligible merchandise total on a referred customer's first qualifying order and 10% on later qualifying orders from that customer while the partnership remains active.
10% Program
Partners assigned to this program earn 10% of the eligible merchandise total on a referred customer's first qualifying order and on later qualifying orders from that customer while the partnership remains active.
The eligible merchandise total is the merchandise subtotal after discounts. Shipping, taxes, refunded amounts, cancelled orders, chargebacks, and other non-merchandise amounts are excluded.
8. Qualifying Orders and Adjustments
A commission qualifies for payout only when:
- The partner is confirmed and payouts are unlocked.
- The order is valid, paid, and shipped.
- The order is properly attributed to the partner.
- The transaction is not a self-referral, duplicate, fraudulent, cancelled, refunded, charged back, or connected to prohibited activity.
Commissions begin tracking during provisional review but remain held until placement is confirmed. Curo may reverse, reduce, or offset commissions connected to refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, prohibited promotion, or attribution errors.
9. PayPal Payouts and Taxes
Payouts are sent manually through PayPal once a month, usually around the 15th. There is no minimum payout, and Curo covers the PayPal sending fee.
Before receiving a payout, you must:
- Provide a valid PayPal payout email.
- Submit a completed and signed Form W-9.
- Keep your tax and payment information accurate.
You are responsible for taxes arising from partner earnings. Curo may issue tax reporting forms when required by law. The usual payout date is an operating target, not a guaranteed payment deadline. Payouts may be delayed while Curo reviews refunds, fraud, attribution, tax information, or compliance concerns.
10. Suspension and Termination
Curo may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these Partner Terms, misleading promotion, prohibited claims, fraud, self-referrals, code abuse, legal risk, or conduct that could harm Curo or its customers.
In addition, either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, by giving written notice to the other. Notice from a partner may be sent to the contact address in Section 15. Notice from Curo will be sent to the email address on the partner's application.
When participation ends:
- Referral links, codes, and future attribution may be disabled.
- Permission to use Curo branding ends.
- Curo may require removal or correction of partner content.
- Future commissions stop accruing.
- Unpaid commissions may be withheld or forfeited, including commissions connected to fraud, prohibited activity, self-referrals, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or another violation of these Partner Terms.
11. Program Changes
Curo may modify the program, these Partner Terms, attribution rules, payout procedures, or the compensation program offered to future applicants prospectively. Changes will not alter an existing partner's assigned compensation program or retroactively reduce a valid commission already paid.
Material changes may require renewed electronic acceptance. Continued participation after an effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. No Earnings Guarantee
The Partner Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” Curo does not guarantee any particular traffic, referrals, conversion rate, commission amount, earnings level, tracking availability, or program duration.
Examples shown on Curo's website are illustrations only. Actual results depend on customer activity and qualifying purchases.
13. Liability and Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the Partner Program. Curo's total liability relating to the program will not exceed the commissions paid or payable to you during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mira Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims, regulatory actions, losses, or reasonable legal expenses arising from your content, conduct, violation of law, infringement of another party's rights, or breach of these Partner Terms.
14. Governing Law and Arbitration
These Partner Terms are governed by Georgia law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 60 days will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Georgia, unless the parties agree to telephone or video proceedings.
Disputes may not be brought as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
15. Miscellaneous and Contact
Electronic acceptance of these Partner Terms has the same effect as a written signature. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your participation without Curo's written approval.
